- At the HVP Industry Day held in Dahlgren, VA on 16 March 2017, NAVSEA anticipated a Solicitation release date of 11 August 2017. This special notice amendment is to notify interested parties that the Solicitation release has been delayed until further notice. NAVSEA will provide an update to the acquisition schedule when it becomes available. NAVSEA does anticipate providing updated Government Furnished Information (GFI) from previous HVP efforts as well as Questions and Answers to the Draft Performance Specification sometime in the very near future.
