GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Iowa City: Dubuque Delineated Area: Within Dubuque City Limits http://www.cityofdubuque.org/DocumentCenter/View/27405 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,140 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,140 Space Type: Office / Medical Parking Spaces (Total): 120 Parking Spaces (Surface): 120 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Special Requirements •· Public Transportation Line access within 00.25 Mile Stop Buffer. ( http://www.cityofdubuque.org/2524/Evening-Service-Survey ) •· Comply with the minimum requirements of the American with Disability Act (ADA) and the GSA's ABA Accessibility Standards •· On-site parking (Lessor Controlled) •· Within 1 mile travel distance from amenities (Food, Banking, Shopping) •· Fully Sprinklered •· Offered space must be zoned for agency intended use (medical/office/retail) •· Contiguous space •· No Industrial, or Residential zoned areas will be considered ( http://www.cityofdubuque.org/DocumentCenter/Home/View/855 ) Preferred •· 1 st floor space •· Standalone building or located on a medical/ office campus environment Additional Program of Requirements will be included as part of Request for Lease Proposal.
