Description

SOURCES SOUGHT CANCELLATION Sources are not required for the following services and therefore this Sources Sought is being cancelled. The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential contract to procure a membership for advisory services that will assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with strengthening its overall customer contact strategy and Customer Experience within the VA. The vendor will provide proven best practices, research and insight, peer benchmarks, decision and diagnostic tools, executive networking, advisory support, and live and/or online learning events for executive staff and its members. The VA is in the process of implementing an infrastructure to better serve Veterans. This initiative is called MyVA. MyVA is based on 5 core principles: Veteran Experience, Employee Experience, Support Service Excellence, Performance Improvement, and Strategic Partnerships. This contract will be used to support the MyVA framework in the areas of Support Service Excellence, Performance Improvement, and Strategic Partnerships, which will augment the overall Veteran experience. These services will be available VA wide for VBA, NCA, and VHA staff use. The number of users is expected to be less than 5,000.
