- REMARKS: Item Description: Acquisition is for NSN 4720-00-930-5974, Hose Assembly Air Duct, being bought in accordance with SAE AS7365. The total quantity required is 2123 units, delivery 600 days with Contractor FAT. Items are shipping to W25G1U (NEW CUMBERLAND PA). FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance origin. Evaluation of proposals may result in a "split" award between no more than two vendors, provision 52.217-9018 will be included in the solicitation. Bidset information is available on the internet via hhtp://www.dodssp.daps.mil The NAICS Code is 332999 The proposed contract is going out as unrestricted. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available at https:/www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On its issue of August 22, 2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
