Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a five (5) year lease renewal using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Customs and Border Protection Agency and the Food and Drug Administration for a lease that is expiring in Lewiston, New York. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 32,509 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office, parking, warehouse, canopies, and inspection lanes. The space must be located at the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge, and all services, supplies, utilities must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by August 14, 2017. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
