- Solicitation Notice W912DR17Q0036: This solicitation will be advertises as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561740 (Carpet Cleaning Services) and the size standard is $5.5m. The project has an anticipated performance period of one (1) base year with one (1) option period of 12 months. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following locations: 1300 N. Dupont Hwy (Dover Commons), Dover, DE 19907 385 W. North Street, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901 Sterling Square Center, 21141 Sterling Avenue Suite 6, Georgetown, DE 19947 705 North Broad Street, Middletown, DE 19709 224 Delaware Street, Suite 102, Newark, DE 19715 250 S. Main Street, Suite 105 & 106, Newark, DE 19711 250 S. Main Street, Suite 108, Newark, DE 19711 230 E. Main Street, Suites 604/606 Newark Shopping Center, Newark, DE 19711 Shipyard Shopps, 1050 S. Madison Street, Unit 1050, Wilmington, DE 19801 The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform professional carpet cleaning services and also include stain protection application as described in the schedule of carpet cleaning services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leased space. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail only to jackie.e.henderson@usace.army.mil no later than 11 AUG 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. This will allow for responses to be posted on FBO prior to close date of the solicitation. Bids can be submitted via e-mail to Jackie.e.henderson@usce.army.mil or mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, Attn: Jackie Henderson, 10 South Howard Street, 7th floor, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530 The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, August 8, 2017, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
