- Updated RFQ Amended PWS This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: FA4861-17-Q-A028 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2017. NAICS: 238330 - Carpet, Install/Removal CLIN 0001: The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other necessary items to remove and install carpet and carpet cove base in Bldg. 201 at Nellis AFB, NV IAW the Statement of Work. Delivery Location: Nellis AFB, NV 89191 The site visit will be held on 02 August 2017 at 1300 Pacific Standard Time.
