- RFQ for after hours RFQ template for daytime The deadline for questions has been extended to 5:00 P.M. PST on 9 August 2017. Answers will be posted by approximately 5:00 P.M. on 10 August 2017. The government will determine at time of award if work is to be completed during or after normal business hours. Contractors shall provide two quotes; one quote if job is to be completed during normal business hours and one quote if job is to be completed after normal business hours. Amended quote templates have been uploaded to FBO.gov. Please attach the applicable RFQ template to each of your proposals. There is an RFQ template marked for work completed during business hours and an RFQ template marked for outside business hours. Package to be submitted shall include: RFQ and Proposal for daytime work RFQ and proposal for after hours work Questionnaire fully completed with referrences
