Description
Clauses and Provisions (informational) Wage Determination Performance Work Statement (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, except to facilitate the submission of electronic quotes through FedBizOpps. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R17PS01098) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-95, dated 01/19/2017. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 238150, Glass and Glazing Contractors. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 238150 is $15 Million. (v) Line item 0001 - Solar Window Film. The Performance Work Statement provides more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (All attachments may also be found at www.fedconnect.net, by searching for the RFQ number R17PS01098, using the reference number search criteria, under "Search Public Opportunities Only".) (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and install Window Film on the windows of the Phoenix Area Office, located at 6150 W Thunderbird Rd., Glendale, AZ 85306. Please see the Performance Work Statement, as it provides more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (vii) Work shall begin on or about October 1, 2017. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial service acquisition: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items - addendum replaces the term "offer" with "quote" within the provision at 52.212-1. In addition to the requirements of the Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisitions provision of this solicitation, each quoter shall submit a quote in accordance with the instructions contained in this provision. (A) GENERAL QUOTATION INSTRUCTIONS (1) Vendor shall submit a firm-fixed price quote for Line item 0001. Quote shall include all the costs to complete the requirements in the Performance Work Statement. (2) Quotes shall include product data to include but not limited to; product technical literature; manufacturer's data sheets, preparation instructions/recommendations, storage and handling requirements/recommendations, installation methods and/or any other supporting documentation to demonstrates how the proposed product meets the requirements in the Performance Work Statement and two samples representing actual film color and pattern.
