- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotes (RFQ). Quotes are being requested at this time. The requirement is to procure tri-band antennas that will be used to provide reach back services by the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC). The combined synopsis/solicitation/RFQ number is W912DY-17-R-0078. This number shall be referenced by contractors on their quotes and related correspondence. This RFQ is open to all business sizes. The NAICS code is 334220. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with no exclusions in order to be considered for award. The website for SAM is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ As shown in the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449), the following is a summary of the requirement: Contract Line Items: 0001, Tri-band Capable SATCOM Terminals 0002, Training Unit of Measure: 0001, Each 0002, Job Quantity: 0001, Forty-six (46) 0002, One (1) Contract Type: A Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, subject to availability of funds (SAF). The following attachments are included in this RFQ: (1) Attachment 1, Line Item Pricing Spreadsheet (Excel Format) - To be completed by contractor and returned to this office. (2) SF1449, Request For Quotes - To be completed by contractor and returned to this office. Pricing on SF1449 must match pricing on Attachment 1. Questions regarding this RFQ are due no later than 14 August 2017, 12:00 PM Central Time and sent by email to arlene.brown@usace.army.mil. Quotes are due no later than 21 August 2017, 12:00 PM Central Time and sent by email to arlene.brown@usace.army.mil. Quotes shall contain: (1) SF1449, completed by contractor and signed. Pricing on SF1449 must match pricing on Attachment 1. (2) Attachment 1, in Excel format, completed by contractor with pricing for all line items shown. Pricing shall be valid for 60 days. Amendments to this RFQ will be provided in the same manner as the initial RFQ, which is by public notice on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO).
