- SF 1449 Solicitation for fall arrest system This solicitation notice is an announcement of a requirement for fall protection for Holloman AFB, New Mexico. This acquisition will be fixed price. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: CLIN 0001 - Fall Protection System FFP - Fall arrest system for F-16. Requires high grade aluminum or steel structure, grey powedercat finish; includes jackscrews for leveling system, pull handle, clearances under F-16, easy to handle pieces with length no longer than 10 feet. (Manufacturer: Capital Safety Group; Item #: SP6255; Model #: 8530315) or equal; Qty 16 Ea - Field Service/On-site Assembly/Product Training. Qty 1 Ea - Shipping, FOB Destination. Qty 1 Ea NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for this line item. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. FOB: Destination DELIVERY DATE: All must be delivered within 12 weeks after award as specified in the solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICES: This acquisition will be competitively 100% woman owned small business set-aside. A SB will be considered small under North American Classification System (NAICS) code 332999 with a size standard of 750 EMP. All offerors must be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) which is a Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and the Excluded Parties Listing System (EPLS) at the website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. You are required to create a user account to register and/or update your entity records (i.e., Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNs number, etc.) in SAM which were previously located in separate CCR and ORCA websites. This information is necessary in order to receive award consideration. All questions concerning this notice should be submitted electronically via facsimile or email to the Points of Contact as indicated in this announcement.
