- MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i). "Only one responsible source" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product(s) and/or service(s) and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the government's requirement. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with: PAR Inc., 16204 N. Florida Avenue, Lutz Fl. 33549. 1. P/N: 6781-SS - - NEO-PI-3 / NEO PI-R SCANNABLE ANSWER SHEETS FOR THE ON-SITE SCANNING MODULE (25/pack) = 108 each 2. P/N: 2028-TB - - NEO PI-R REUSABLE FORM S ITEM BOOKLETS (10/pack) = 25 each This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. a. ALL capability claims MUST come with an ATTACHED bona fide memorandum by the manufacturer that says your company is an authorized seller / dealer for the product(s) listed above. b. Your company must have copyright or trademark priviliges to the products listed above. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 08/10/2017 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@mail.mil.
