Approximate GPS coordinates for parking spots just outside the Cow Creek Maintenance Yard gate are: N 36 °30.13.33 W 116 °52.07.51 Quotes shall be submitted using the SF 18 with lump sum pricing according to individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) listed. Award will be made by determining the best value IAW FAR 13.106-1 and 13.106-2. Quotes must be emailed addressed to carole_childs@nps.gov.
