Description

EOD Precision Aim Course Sources Sought This is a sources sought synopsis in support of a market survey being conducted by the 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 – Market Research. The synopsis is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a synopsis of a solicitation, a commitment on the part of the Government to later publish a solicitation, or ultimately award a contract. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this synopsis. The purpose of this survey is to determine the capabilities of potential sources for a specialized electronics and circuitry training course. The objective of the training course will be to teach Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians advanced techniques in order to most effectively utilize the X-Ray Tookit (XTK) Grid Aim System for detecting, deterring, and disabling highly complex improvised explosive devices. Interested sources are invited to review the attached document and to provide their capabilities statement in accordance with response instructions.
