- Brand Name Justification FEDERAL QUALIFIED PRODUCTS LIST OF PRODUCTS QUALIFIED UNDER FEDERAL SPECIFICATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number/GFEBS F6THCC7181AW01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, 19 Jan 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20161222. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 423420 with number of employees NTE 200. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: IPS Security Container with follow minimum requirements •- Minimum dimensions 4.3ft H x 2.3ft W x 4.3ft D •- Minimum 26U X 29" roll-out rack rail for rack mounted network equipment •- Minimum two 230 CFM 115VAC 1.4A fans and cooling vents •- Minimum 35 Cat6 incoming (black secured) •- Minimum 75 Cat6 outgoing (Red open classified) •- GSA class 5 rated with GSA approved lock •- Power strip with 15ft cord •- Must provide moving of safe into designated area Vendors must meet GSA approval IAW QPL-AA-C-2786-3 document attached.
