Any Questions and Answers addressed for this requirement will be posted with the RFP. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA255017R8004 and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The 50th Contracting Squadron, Schriever AFB, Colorado, requires the following: Space Operations Reliability Training (SpORT). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 January 2017 and DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 December 2016 and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 January 2017. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 611430, with a Small Business Size Standard of $11,000,000. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. A firm fixed price, multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded to a maximum of three (3) offerors that are determined technically acceptable and provides the lowest price to the Government. All interested parties must quote on all items.
