- Official Solicitation In connection with the performance of its repair and maintenance operations, the Washington Aqueduct regularly utilizes its facility owned heavy equipment, including a Caterpillar 926M Rubber Tired Front End Loader. The Aqueduct wishes to replace the present 17.5 R 25 tires with new E/L3 20.5 R 25 tires, to enhance the functionality and range of the machine's applications. The tires are large specialty items, not available from regular retail tire outlet stores.
