Description

Title: Service and Maintenance Contract for Government owned GE AMX portables with Canon digital detector. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide a service contract for government owned GE AMX portables with Canon digital addition, required by the requirements stated herein. The service contract will include the following: AMX 4 Portable Protection Plus Platinum Service Agreement including: Coverage Hours M-F 8a-5p All parts and labor (2) PMs per year All batteries included Canon Digital Detector Protection Plus including: Replacement fee on (1) detector deemed unrepairable per year with a maximum of (3) replacement per year. Repair will be attempted before replacement Background: VAMC Philadelphia imaging department utilizes GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors along with all associated hardware needed for the proper functioning of the system to take x-ray images of patients around the hospital. Covered under this contract is (6) GE AMX portables with Canon digital detectors. This equipment requires repair and maintenance by trained personnel using manufacturer approved parts and specifications.
