- THE PURPOSE OF THIS THIRD AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION. THERE ARE OTHER DATES PREVIOUSLY POSTED TO THIS DATE, HOWEVER, THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS SOLICITATION IS 2:00 MST AUGUST 11, 2017. THE PURPOSE FOR THIS AMENDMENT IS TO UPDATE THE IMPORTANT DATES FOR THIS PROJECT. It was evident by the vendor questions submitted, that there were discrepancies that needed to be clarified in the Statement of Objectives and also in the administrative portion relating to NAICS, Set-Aside, Closing dates and Proposal submissions. The NAICS code for this project is 541512 NOT 423430 This is 100% total set-aside to Small Business, NOT Hub-zone. The following dates are updated: *Answers to Vendor Questions will be posted to Federal Business Opportunites No Later Than 2:00 MST July 17, 2017. *Closing date of this RFP is now 2:00 MST August 8, 2017. Period of Performance of base year will be September 1, 2017 - August 31, 2018. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) Investigations Division (ID) requires the services of a contractor to provide a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) investigative case management system. The system will be used for case activity/document management, event tracking, result tracking, time tracking, training tracking, and reporting for internal performance measures and requirements from Congress. The system must be operational and all requirements must be met by eight months after the award of the contract so that Fiscal Year quarterly, semi-annual, and annual results and reports are produced from the same system.
