- Attachment 1 - Task Order 1 SOW IDIQ RFQ The FDA requires contractor support to provide preventative maintenance and calibration services for laboratory analytical balances located in various FDA laboratories. FDA laboratories are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (International Standard for Organization - General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories) standards. The ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard requires scientific equipment to be annually calibrated and such calibration procedures are standardized and documented. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Contractor support to provide balance calibrations in accordance with ISO 17025 standards. Please see the attached RFQ for complete details. Any parties interested in this requirement should thoroughly read the attached RFQ for technical specifications and submission instructions. Offerors must state how the offeror meets or exceeds all requirements outlined in the RFQ. The FDA intends to issue a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract with firm fixed-price orders based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Quotes shall include all descriptive material necessary in order to determine whether the proposed products meet all technical specifications. A technically acceptable quote addresses all salient characteristics and requirements and does not just quote the RFQ.
