- AMENDMENT No. 1 - SITE VISIT There will be a site visit for up to five basefields and up to five stagefields on Tuesday August 15, 2017 at Fort Rucker, AL. Transportation to the sites will be provided by the Government and will be at the Daleville Gate Visitor Center at 0830. If you plan on attending the site visit, please email your name, company name and method of base access (military ID, CAC or visitor's pass) for ALL attendees to: lowell.c.preskitt.civ@mail.mil phone (334)255-0217 and grenville.k.yearwood.mil@mail.mil, phone (334) 255-0210. The purpose of the visit is to allow potential bidders the opportunity to see the work locations and the existing site conditions. During the site visit, ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE SUBMITTED in WRITING to william.r.wright286.civ@mail.mil and linda.d.whitlock.civ@mail.mil on or before August 18, 2017.
