- Amendment 1 is to clarify the following: 1. Partial proposals will be accepted; however, the vendor has to be able to fill up to 95% of listed items at contract inception and upon receipt of order. As a result, the contract terms will not allow any additional time for the vendor to procure, subcontract for and/or obtain licensing for any of the listed items. 2. Award criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, with the latter accepting generics as substitutes.
