Description
The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement requirement for logistics support for designated personnel in support of Southern Partnership Station 2017 (SPS 17). The Contractor provides Expeditionary Logistic Support for US Naval Forces and their designated personnel operating ashore in Guatemala during SPS 17 from 30 August 2017 “ 20 October 2017. The Contractor shall provide transportation, line haul, cell phones, SIM (subscriber identity module) card, air card, fuel, food, ice, drinking water, waste disposal, laundry services, barber services, latrines, hand washing stations, potable water, grey water disposal, grass cutting, vector control, and construction materials/equipment to designated personnel as specified in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The Expeditionary Service Contractor (ESC) shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The ESC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise.
