- Solicitation Number: AG-32SC-S-17-0049 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Eastern Business Service Center (EBSC) is issuing AG-32SC-S-17-0049 as a Request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-95. Quoted price MUST INCLUDE all Materials, Labor, Equipment, Freight or Shipping, as well as any applicable Duties, Brokerage, or Custom's fees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112; small business size standard is $38.5 Million. Award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity service Contract is anticipated and shall be issued for a contract period starting approximately September 1, 2017. The USDA, ARS, MWA, National Center Agricultural Utilization Research (NCAUR) Peoria, IL has a requirement/need for Hazardous and Universal Waste Removal and Disposal Services. The award will be for the period starting approximately September 01, 2017 through August 31, 2022 for an IDIQ Service type contract. The Details and specifications for the work shall be per the attached SOW and schedule B. DELIVERY TO: USDA-ARS-NCAUR, Peoria, IL. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS SHALL BE REGISTERED IN THE System For Award Management (SAMS) DATABASE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award Offerors shall provide 1) a Completed Schedule B and Quote on company letterhead detailing the item description, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote; 2) at least 3 to 5 references. (Government references preferred). References shall be provided for the services proposed and include the email address of the person to be contacted; and 3) a completed copy of the provisions FAR 52.212.3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, with this offer; (Attached) REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P).
