- Updated Attachment A to add a top view drawing that shows panel hangers and a spare tire mount. NOTICE: !!!!!Drawing Document "Attachment A Drawings" has been amended and replaced by Amended Attachment A Drawings" The original document was missing a top view drawing which shows panel hangers and a spare tire mount. The solicitation close date has been extended to 16:00 CST 8/21/2017. The RFQ document will not be modified to reflect the new close date!!!!!! USDA APHIS Veterinary Services is requesting quotes for 12 Cattle Scratching Chutes to be delivered to our Laredo, TX office. Cattle Scratching Chutes are not typical agricultural equipment; as such these items would need to be custom fabricated to meet our specifications. Please review the attached RFQ and supporting documents for further details. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees or less to be considered as a small business. Some variance may be allowed if the bidder can demonstrate that the deviations from the specifications are as good as, or better than the specifications provided in the attached statement of work and accompanying documents. All offers shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer Bob Zeglin at Robert.J.Zeglin@aphis.usda.gov. Questions shall also be directed in writing to the contracting officer. Please fully review all documents prior to submitting questions. The deadline for questions is 8/14/2017 at 15:00 CST. All quotes must be received by 8/17/2017 at 18:00 CST. Award will be made to the offeror that conforms to the specifications at the least price technically acceptable.
