- TITLE: F3T3SF7208AW01, Sole Source Acquisition for the purchase of CCTV The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Prometheus Security Group Global, Inc. (PSGG), required items to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the purchase of thirteen (13) IP PTZ cameras, one (1) exterior PTZ IR white camera, ten (10) environmental boxes, and all required installation equipment, cables, software and licensing to upgrade the current system. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). PSGG has proprietary rights to all equipment, software maintenance, and specifications for this existing system. Second level and third level support and factory support are only available from PSGG. Certified parts are only available from PSGG. This procurement is required in order to establish a maintain constant security/surveillance of all Protection level aircraft/assets for the, 916 Ariel Refueling Wing Command Post, 4 Fighter Wing Command Post, and 4 Security Forces Squadron. The existing cameras and visual equipment are only functional with PSGG interface system. PSGG will not install their software on any other platform other than their proprietary equipment. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 11 Aug 2017 at 2:00 P.M EST.
