- The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation No. TIRMS-17-R-00010 in its entirety, in accordance with FAR 15.206(a): "When, either before or after receipt of proposals, the Government changes its requirements or terms and conditions, the contracting officer shall amend the solicitation." Services under this solicitation will no longer be provided by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) and will not be re-solicited.
