- Installation of Cable TV service, drops, wires, & Boxes. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the installation of Cable TV service, drops, wires & boxes at West Point, NY. The period of performance will be from 1 September 2017 through 31 August 2018. Cable TV service must be completely installed and operational no later than 6 October 2017. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 515210 - Cable and Other Subscription Programming, size standard is $38.5M and FSC/PSC of 4841. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Quoters are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.
