- SOURCES SOUGHT - W911W5-17-R-0004 INTRODUCTION The National Ground Intelligence Center, ACC-WRN (INSCOM) located at 2055 Boulders Road, Charlottesville VA. 22911-8318 is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify small business sources that are authorized dealers to provide Harris Corporation (Harris) XL-200P Portable Radios, Accessories, and Desktop Control Stations. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES Due to the proprietary requirements of the underlying Harris P25IP Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system, the Government requires that the small business be an authorized dealer of Harris products and provide only Harris brand name products. Qualification: Proof of qualification as an authorized Harris dealer shall be addressed in the response. Disclose if some or all items are available on a GSA Federal Supply Schedule and provide schedule information. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5820. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems listed in this Technical Description. Documentation should be in bullet format. No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the RFP will be accepted prior to its release. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Ralph Kaminski, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email address ralph.f.kaminski.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. Daylight Saving Time on 14 August 2017 and reference synopsis number W911W5-17-R-0004 in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents.
