- Permeable Paver System for Harpers Ferry Center The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for installation of permeable pavement system along the shoulders of Hartzog Drive at the Harpers Ferry Center in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The government anticipates award of one firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be available via Fedconnect on or about August 16, 2017. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. THIS SOLICITATION IS TOTALLY SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER NAICS CODE 238990, ENTITLED "ALL OTHER SPECIALITY TRADE CONTRACTORS," WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $15.0 MILLION." This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available. When and if funds become available a contract will be awarded at that time.
