- CHL Enterprise Database Schema TVA RSOE License Agreement TVA Access Agreement Amendment 0003 Contract Drawing changes Amendment 0003 Tech Spec changes Amendment 0003 Bid Schedule Solicitation Amendment 0003 Amendment 0001 adds the Site Visit Rosters and the Site Visit Presentation to the IFB package on the FBO website; adds Wage Determinations for the Muscle Shoals storage site and a revised Wage Determination for the chamber site; adds CAD drawings for the Lock Chamber; adds Geotechnical Data (Appendix B to Tech Specs); adds FIO & As-Built drawings associated with previous contracts for the cofferdam, chamber excavation, approach wall, & GFP components; makes corrections to previously published drawings and specifications; revises the Bid Schedule; and publishes preliminary Q&A to the solicitation. The amendment also changes the deadline for all questions related to the IFB, Plans, Specifications, and initial site visits to 11:00 AM Central, 25 Jul 2017. See Package #1 attachments for documents described above, except for CAD drawing zip files which are located in Amendment #1 attachments. Amendment 0002 replaces the Bid Schedule; replaces Technical Specifications Section 01 22 00 entirely; replaces Technical Specifications Section 03 30 01 pages 25 through 30; and publishes the second set of Q&A to the solicitation. The amendment also extends the date for receipt of bids to 31 August 2017, 10:00 Central Time. See attachments for documents described above. Amendment 0003 revises the Option table in FAR Clause 52.211-10; adds supporting files to the solicitation; replaces the Bid Schedule; removes and replaces Technical Specifications Sections or pages; replaces or revises Contract Drawings; and publishes the third set of Q&A to the solicitation.
