- Questions and Answer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-17-Q-0009, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). The NAICS code is 334118 and the small business size standard is $250 EMP. The following commercial supplies are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001, Gerber, Edge FX Thermal Transfer Printer envision 375 Sprocket Plotter, Omega 5.0 Software, 1 each. CLIN 0002, 24" Plotter with stand, 1 each. Part number CE6000-60, or equal. CLIN 0003, Shipping, FOB Destination to Hawaii 96818 A firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded based off of this combined synopsis/solicitation. Award will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable.
