- PRINTING: Cover 1 prints type/line matter, tints/solids, illustrations and department logo in PMS 188C & Black with some type reversing out to appear white and bleeds on head and outside; Covers 2, 3 and 4 prints type/line matter in Black.. After printing, coat Cover 1 with a clear, non-yellowing gloss varnish. Do not coat Cover 4. Text: Prints type, line matter, flat tones and solids in Black, with type reversing to white, cross-bind rule line registration (approximately 1/8" bar bleeds at head, bind and outside of each text page). The folios are reversing to white on each page and the approximate 1/8 x 5/8" solid area containing the folios bleeds at the outside. Perforate from head to foot 1/8" from the bind on pages 33/34 (circle folio 35/36). Note: Do not place perforations through text, contractor to move text over to the right as needed to ensure perforations do no go through text copy. NOTE: Contractor to convert files, from CMYK to 2 colors. BINDING: Saddle stitch in two places on 8-1/2" side. Trim three-sides. Covers wrap around, trim flush, stitched on with grain running parallel to spine. Affix three (3) 1-1/2" clear wafer seals per booklet (See Sample). Wafer seals must be in compliance with the US Postal Service's Domestic Mail Manual, Commercial Letters: Physical Standards for Letters and Cards, 201.3.15 (Updated 9/8/09).
