Description
STATEMENT OF WORK - WAREHOUSE STORAGE SYSTEM COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested. Solicitation W912J2-17-Q-3014 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, dated 19 JAN 2017. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small businesses (SB). North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337215 - Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 Employees. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit Quotes. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Warehouse Storage System 1 Each - Warehouse storage system designed to store warehouse inventory parts with installation. Requested Delivery and Installation by 15 December 2017. Delivery: Shipping is to be Free On board Destination (FOB) Delivery and Installation location: 100 Independence Dr. Camp Douglas WI, 54618. All Offers shall be valid for 30 days after submission. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose offer is determined the lowest priced that meets the required salient features. APPLICABLE CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS: The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items is included in this solicitation. Offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or be currently registered in the SAM website with their Representations and Certifications completed. Line Item 0002: 1 Job - Installation Labor Vendors Offer must include: Clearly Defined Specifications to include drawings of proposed storage system, Vendor CAGE Code/ DUNS Number, Vendor Tax ID Number (TIN) SITE VISIT : A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday 22 August 2017 at 10:00 AM CST at Volk Field CRTC - 100 Independence Dr. Camp Douglas, WI 54618. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must email TSgt Seth I. Swieter at seth.i.swieter.mil@mail.mil at least 48 hours in advance to sign up for the site visit. Information provided at this site visit as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Attendance of the site visit is NOT mandatory. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME: All questions concerning this solicitation, W912J2-17-Q-3014, shall be sent via email to seth.i.swieter.mil@mail.mil by 31 August 2017 at 1:00 PM CST.
