Specifications for the requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487717Q0362 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Circular Number 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-0127. This procurement is being issued as a set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335222 with a size standard of 1250 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001: (QTY: 208/EA) Microwave-Refrigerator Combo This solicitation constitutes a brand name or equal requirement. SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL SPECIFICATIONS FOR MICROWAVE-REFRIGERATOR COMBO. SEE ATTACHED FOR ALL APPLICABLE CONTRACT CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Friday, 11 August 2017 by 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to A1C James Medlang - email: james.medlang@us.af.mil; and A1C Tianheng Luo at tianheng.luo.1@us.af.mil. NO questions will be considered after the questions due date. Questions will be addressed no later than Monday, 14 August 2017 by 1:00 PM Pacific Time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
