- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI) United States Geological Survey (USGS) has the need for the acquisition to PULL, ANALYZE, AND REPLACE MECHANICAL PUMP, COLUMN PIPE, PUMP SHAFT, AND ASSOCIATED MECHANICAL PARTS AT WELL #1 at the Columbia Environmental Research Center located in Columbia, MO 65201. This solicitation can be found with its attachments at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net with Reference Number G17PS00870. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. Size Standard is $27.5 Millions of Dollars. Site Visit will be held August 15th at 9:00 at Columbia Environmental Research Center, Columbia, MO 65201. Contact is Steve Culley. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price for this requirement is described as $100,000 and $250,000 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulations and are attached.
