- Additional amendment for questions received after the question due date: 1) Are you looking for a 2nd member shear, or a 3rd member shear? 2nd member shear, please. 2) The Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 shows that the shear is to be mounted within the price, and the attachment content after that indicates it is to be installed by separate means outside of this purchase. Please clarify. The indication of mount within the CLIN is corrected in that it is removed via this amendment and will not be in any award of this action. The separate installation later in the attachment is correct. No further quesitions can be supported under this action. The due date for offers is not extended, and timely offers are construed as being inclusive of the amendment content (if received after this amendment posting).
