- Contract Data List Requirements, DD Form 1423 Solicitation N0010417RK141 NSN: 1356-01-294-6889 Quantity: 1,008 Unit of Issue: Each FAT, LAT, CDRLS are FOB Destination, Deliverable items are FOB Origin Delivery Schedule: 360 DADC Option: 100% Paper copies will not be provided. Competitive. Drawings are available. Drawings are NOT available on CD. The solicitation contains FAT, LAT, CDRLs, FOB Origin and Destination. Effective April 1, 2008 FedBizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) website will now include current FedTeDS functionality. No interfaces or user accounts should be distributed as a part of this change. Except as modified or amplified in the RFP this item contains explosives and a pre-award safety survey will be required. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. Technical data will be available for viewing on the web at https://www.fbo.gov/. This procurement is unrestricted; all responsible sources may submit an offer that, if received in a timely manner, will be considered. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. First article testing, production lot testing, contractor data requirements list, FOB origin and destination apply. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
