- 1. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a pre-solicitation notice for 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Sources must be pre-qualified IAW the attached Manufacturing Qualification Requirements (MQR), dated 25 January 2017. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIRED SUPPLIES: Below is the Government's best estimated quantity for five years: ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION PART NUMBER NSN Est. QTY 1 A-10 CANOPY BOWS 160D117102-5 1560-00-583-7352 170 EA 3. RESPONSE: All respondents must specify their business size for the NAICS Code 336413: Large; Small Business (SB); Small Disadvantaged; 8(a) Concern; Women-Owned SB, Hubzone SB, Veteran-Owned SB; or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned SB and whether they are U.S. or foreign-owned firm. Please note, foreign participation is not permitted for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All technical data for this effort shall be posted with the solicitation and may also be obtained through the contracting officer. The Government does not have special materials, facilities, tooling, or test equipment which may be required in the performance of the contract. The Government shall only award to qualified sources and thus, is not required to hold up award for a source to be qualified.
