- Attachment 3 - Wage Determination Attachment 2 - Drawings AG-82FT-S-17-0023 Attachment 1 - Specifications The Fort Collins Parking Lot Maintenance project consists supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits to perform crack sealing, asphalt surface treatment, and pavement striping of the Main parking lot and Visitor parking lot. Please see attachments for full solicitation details. The allotted time for this project is 20 days from the notice to proceed. The pre-proposal site visit will be on August 25, 10:00am MT at the site location. Site Visit Location: 240 West Prospect Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526 The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 237310. Offerors shall submit all questions in writing by August 31, 2017. Questions shall be sent by email to asalas@fs.fed.us. Submit your proposal electronically to asalas@fs.fed.us, no later than September 7, 2017 11:00am MT.
