- The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Potential Offerors to provide pricing for the purchase and delivery of tug (push) boat in accordance with the specifications in the solicitation to the James River Reserve Fleet, Joint Base Langley Eustis(JBLE) in Newport News, Virginia. Delivery address: James River Reserve Fleet, 2606 Harrison Road, Fort Eustis, VA 23604 Estimated Delivery: 60-days from award FOB: Destination This is a set-aside for 100% Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336612 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at the prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
