- Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS FULL SERVICE BED REPAIR, HILL ROM TOTALCARE(R) SPO2RT BEDS. The Memphis VA Medical Center requires a contractor to provide all labors, tools, materials and replacement parts as necessary to provide full service and repairs for 28 Hill Rom TotalCare(R) Spo2RT Beds to include preventive maintenance. Annual inspection documentation shall be submitted to the COR. Each quoter will be required to submit with their offer, documentation proof the company is authorized to accomplish inspection, maintenance and repair of Hill Rom TotalCare(R) Spo2RT Beds. The VA is contemplating a base year and two one-year options contract. This procurement will be an unrestricted solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract.
