- The response time is changed from 28 Jul 17 to 15 Aug 17, 1200 (12:00 pm) Mountain Daylight Time. Requests for Quotations will be accepted at the 49th Contracting Squadron, 490 First Street, Bldg. 29, Room 2111, Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Offerors must provide sufficient technical literature to prove that all technical requirements are addressed. Technical literature must be clearly marked CLIN 0001 (Portable Frequency Power Converters) OR CLIN 0002 (Mounted Frequency Power Converters). Offerors must also specific any and all warranties. Previously submitted offers may submit revisions if necessary. ATTACHMENT 1 REQUIREMENTS FOR FREQUENCY POWER CONVERTERS Portable frequency converter (CLIN 0001) - Power Factor Corrected input of 110 VAC, single phase, 60 Hz - Output voltage of 115/200 VAC, three phase, 400 Hz - Power rating of 5kVA / 5kW - Auxiliary output 28 VDC power source - Weatherproofing package will consist of louvers with removable washable dust filter - The input will be via single receptacle and the output will be via terminal blocks and built in a 4U enclosure - Rugged, will be built to meet many of the environmental standards of MIL-STD-810 (including shock, vibration, and humidity). - Stainless-steel locking hardware will be used throughout, and all boards will be conformal coated for to further protect against humidity and potential fungus growth. DELIVERY IS REQUESTED AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO 7 AUG 17 Mounted Frequency Power Converters: (CLIN 0002) - Pure Sine Wave Output - Input Frequency: 60Hz - Output Frequency: 400Hz (+/-.4Hz) - Input Voltage: +/- 15% - Output Voltage Regulation: +/-1% (Linear load) - Output Voltage Adjustment: +/-10% - Voltage Adjustment: Manual, Pot Knob - Harmonic Distortion: < 3% (Linear Load) - Direct Current: 28 VDC (30A) - Noise Level: 67 dB - Overload Capability: o 110% (Continuous) o 125% (10 Minutes) o 150% (30 Seconds) - Indicators: o LCD Real Time Status, Data or Historical Events, Real Time Clock, Inverter & Alarm o LED Status & Audible Alarm - Protection: o Over/Under Voltage Alarm o Output Short Circuit, Current Limited & Cut Off Fuse o Overload, Auto Shutdown 1 Minute, Auto Restore o Over Temperature, Auto Shutdown - Input Breaker & Output Breaker - Operating Temperature: 0 to 104F (0 to 40C) - Emergency Stop (E-Stop Button) - Construction: NEMA 1 Standards - Application: Indoor Environment - Configuration: Vertical (Tower) DELIVERY IS REQUESTED AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO 15 SEP 17 Offerors must provide sufficient technical literature to prove that all technical requirements are addressed.
