VIP (Vendor Information Pages Database) ONLY IF SDVOSBs or VOSBs If Contractor is self-certified as either Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), you must be registered in VIP http://www.VetBiz.gov. Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Description: Provide Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) for patients at the Dublin VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide services for acute patients with complex needs and possible comorbid conditions requiring but not limited to mechanical ventilation bed support, and/or Intravenous (IV) Infusion and/or antibiotic therapy, and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) support in an acute hospital setting if they meet criteria for LTAC. The contracted facility should provide effective ventilation bed, tracheostomy weaning service and other related complex needs services for Veterans recently transferred from an Acute Care Hospital s ICU directly to Long Term Acute Care hospital or from outside hospitals who received Dublin VAMC transfers with the intend to provide long term acute care needs and/or achieve liberation from mechanical ventilator through ventilator weaning in all cases possible within the average and reasonable time frame. Services shall be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week including weekends and federal holidays. END PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
