- Past Performance Questionnaire General Requirements Wage Determination CLIN 0003 SOW CLIN 0002 SOW CLIN 0001 SOW Request for Proposal NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.2, the Government hereby publicizes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for the demolition of Building 155 and adjacent Pool 6325, demolition of Building 4900, and demolition of Building 500. Demolition of Building 155 and adjacent Pool 6325 to include the surrounding area (i.e. bathhouse and garage structures, foundation, slabs, and all interior and exterior utilities, fixtures and structures to provide a clean, well graded and seeded site. Demolition of Building 4900 and surrounding area to provide a clean site acceptable for agricultural use. Demolition of Building 500 and surrounding area to provide a clean site at the Plum Hill Annex. Demolition sites are geographically separated; the greatest distance between sites is approximately 12 miles. Two sites are located on Scott AFB; one site is off base but owned by the Government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7, entitled "System for Award Management", Prospective contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Registration requires offerors to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for a timely award. This solicitation will be a HUBZone Set-Aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238910. The small business size standard for the subject NAICS is $15,000,000.00. Submission of proposals or questions concerning the solicitation will be submitted electronically, via email.
