- Project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at Building 155 near the Essex Pool on Scott Air Force Base on 17 AUGUST 2017 at 9:00 a.m. CDT. The address for this site visit is 398 Symington Dr, Scott AFB, IL 62225. All building sites will be shown directly after the initial briefing. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend this conference. NOTE: these sites are not co-located; the site visit is expected to last at least four hours. The contractor must provide reliable transportation to/from each site. Parking is available, but may be limited contingent on the number of attendees. Submit names of all conference attendees to SSgt Sylvester Nzekwe at sylvester.nzekwe@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. CDT on 15 AUGUST 2017. This information must be provided in advance in order to access the military base/conference site. On the day of the conference, it is highly recommended that you allow a minimum of 60 minutes to obtain your base passes and complete access to the base. Base Access: Scott AFB is not open to the public and you must have a current and valid government issued ID to obtain access. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with 375 Contracting Squadron office to be vouched onto the installation. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. For further information contact SSgt Sylvester Nzekwe at sylvester.nzekwe@us.af.mil. For access to Scott AFB, please provide the first and last name of each person attending the site visit. All names must match your Government issued ID exactly. If a vehicle will also require base access, please provide the vehicle make, model, plate state, and plate number. Send this information to SSgt Sylvester Nzekwe at sylvester.nzekwe@us.af.mil, no later than 15 AUGUST 2017 @ 2:00 P.M. CDT. All contractors who do not have base access privileges must process through the Visitor's Center at the Scott AFB Shiloh Gate, located at 10 Siebert Road, Scott AFB, IL.
