- Full Solicitation Statement of Work Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service/supply in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 & 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, 01/19/2017. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Source selection will be based on a Low Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors should submit a brief Technical Submission addressing the full scope of the requirement as depicted in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror responses to the SOW will be rated as either Acceptable or Unacceptable. Offerors should provide a firm-fixed-price quotation to complete all the requirements of the SOW. Pricing submission should depict the logic for quotation formulation including breakouts of costs such as labor, equipment, travel, etc. See attached solicitation for additional details.
