- The USDA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract. Offerors shall submit a firm-fixed price offer for courier service/daily pickup of peanut samples from contractor's facility to the peanut facility to final destination, USDA, AMS Laboratory in Blakely, GA and back to contractor's facility. Peanut facilities are located in Albany, GA, Ashburn, GA, Fitzgerald, GA, Leesburg, GA, Smithville, GA, Sylvester, GA, and Tifton, GA. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE UNIT PRICE PER TRIP OF THE DAILY ROUTE AND PICKUP STOP LOCATIONS. The term of this purchase order will be August 1 - March 31, 2018. This contract will not exceed 1 year total. It is estimated that there will be at least 2 round trips a week in addition to other pick-ups. As stated, all pricing must include all costs to pick up peanut samples and documentation with delivery to the Aflatoxin Laboratory in Blakely, GA 39823 as specified, in the Statement of Work.
