- Revise SOW with changes to Section SPECIFIC TASK, B. Improvements, 7. Revised close date for the RFQ to 1 pm EST, August 16, 2017 The Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) is located at 212 Rogers Ave, Milford CT 06460-6499 has a need for replacement of two HVAC units located on the rooftop. The Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of (2) two existing rooftop HVAC units, duct work, electrical wiring, damaged/weathered electrical conduit and hardware. The contractor shall then install (2) two new rooftop HVAC units. Work includes but not limited to supplying, installing, and testing of two roof top HVAC units. Please see the attached Revised Statement of Work for details concerning this effort. See SPECIFIC TASK, B. Improvements, 7. for revised specifications concerning the HVAC units as follows: 1. The (2) two New rooftop hvac units shall be American standard packaged roof top cooling unit. American standard model TSH150F3RGA0000 electric packaged roof top or its equivalent. Supply all fluids, coolant (R410A) per manufacturer recommendation and EPA approved
