- Draft PWS This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS). The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products and services to the firm of Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), 500 Midway Drive, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for one base year and four follow-on option years. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. ESTIMATED VALUE: $98,000.00 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services.
